      The company has never missed a payroll check or failed to approve an expense report, and the insurance benefit is relatively good. Training opportunities are available for PM's, Engineers, and Technicians.

      Cons

      The company will allow you to take as much work on as an associate is willing... No extra compensation, comp time, etc...

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
