      Having worked in this Industry since 1995, its been a pleasure being able to work for AVISPL, one of the Leaders in the AV Industry. This company excels in taking care of their employees, while ensuring you have a patch for growth. In the short time of employment with AVISPL, I have been able to successfully advance in my career path (2 ) times. Amazing Leadership from Lower Level Management to Upper Management.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
