      Pros

      Working with the clients was great, but in contrast it really exposed to me how very little AVI-SPL cares about the well being of their own employees in terms of healthcare and family leave benefits

      Cons

      The health insurance was very expensive, with the cost of deductible it was nearly unaffordable. One week of paid family leave, shameful.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
