      Pros

      You will get paid some money.

      Cons

      Almost non-existent 401k, the core values are all lies. Medical insurance is very expensive. Compensation is low compared to others. Jobs are poorly managed. Technicians are put on jobs they do not know how to run. Software is a joke. HR, Accounting, Benefits, and others are difficult to work with. They always argue and assume you are wrong and point fingers.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
