      Pros

      Industry leader. Decent benefits. Worked with some very intelligent people. That's it.

      Cons

      Low pay. Zero room for advancement outside of tech/engineering roles. Company does NOT hire or promote from within, or cross-hire between departments.. Infrequent performance reviews and salary increases (two in 4+ years). No tuition reimbursement program or financial assistance for training.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
