      Professional, Fast-paced, Supportive, Challenging, Innovative - Great place to work! The Procurement Department has a great team, along with many other departments in the company. There are company wide charity and group events that are both fun and sometimes rewarding.

      Cons

      Every career/position/company will have challenges that come up, but there are none to list. AVI-SPL is a good company, and they work towards making things better if there are any issues.

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
