      Work with highly talented team members

      Hard work is not rewarded Executive team talks a good game but rarely delivers Is really run by a private equity firm that squeezes every penny, and keeps everything for themselves. Pay is average and almost impossible to get bonuses

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
