      OK place to work. A bit unorganized. But they definitely get the job done. They go out of their way to provide the best AV solutions.

      Cons

      Don't expect to advance fast. They pass up people who've been working there for years for people who come from outside the company.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
