      Pros

      I can't say much good about this place. If your company gets acquired by this monster run away as fast as you can. There are so many better places to work.

      Cons

      Too many abusive policies, aggressive non-competes, manipulation tactics, wages are not-competitive, medical and other benefits only benefit the company, not the employees. This is a dead end job for many people as they will strong-arm you into never being able to work anywhere else in the industry.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
