Pros

Able to work remotely. Benefits are ok.

Cons

The office managers lack essential audio-visual (AV) experience, leading to poor decision-making and oversight. The office's leadership is deeply flawed, with the sales person being related to the office manager. This gives them unchecked control over the office dynamics, often resulting in the unjust firing of the more experienced and skilled employees to cover their own inadequacies. There is a pervasive culture of blame-shifting within the office. Engineers, project managers, and installation teams are frequently scapegoated for mistakes that originate from the sales team. The sales person falsely presents himself as the design engineer, yet when issues arise, he shifts the blame to the actual design engineer. This toxic environment has led to numerous lost sales opportunities and a demoralized staff. It is common for Employees to be dismissed without valid reasons or prior warnings. And I for one was falsely accused and terminated on a Friday without any previous reprimand or indication of wrongdoing. This lack of fair treatment, dysfunctional and hostile work environment is perpetuated by the current management. I strongly advise against applying to this office. The combination of inexperienced management, blame-shifting, and unfair practices makes it an unprofessional and unstable workplace.

Pros

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

Cons

Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
