      Pros

      They love their sales folks. Very customer focused. Flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Their pay rates are crap. Benefits are mediocre and healthcare is expensive. Also, they charge you more if you make more than $45k, which is too low a threshold. Very few of their promotional announcements involve anyone except old men. Hard to believe they have no women their that deserve executive and high level management positions.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
