      Large name in the industry

      Everything is about the bottom line, not enriching their employees. They even make manufacturer spiffs a fire offense as corporate collects those and add to their bottom line. They have reduced commission rates dramatically.

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
