      Pros

      Some good people, some really really good people with some really good ideas. Generally an OK place to work - theres definitely worse On the whole Pay/Compensation is OK

      Cons

      While there are good people, any opportunity for them to influence is often limited, good ideas get lost in the noise of many individual agendas and egos that are appearing to drive the strategy and direction....not always at senior level but at mid management level to. A lot of loud voices and big egos railroading their personal agenda. No single coherent medium/long term strategy, at least nothing that is filtering down to the grunts on the front line.

      Flexibility, best in the industry with lots of opportunities

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
