      Pros

      Easy to take time off, some good peers

      Cons

      Management was quite horrible, very toxic work environment that HR encourages, little to no training and when asking for help I was told to “watch what I say” because “asking for help means you can’t do it”. Overall the worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
