      Good mid-upper management, Employee retention

      Cons

      Little to no guidance from peers , everyone is busy staying afloat. Only slightly better technical trickle down from Engineering. Project Management does pay mind , or ask if you have familiarity with specific vendors or equipment to ensure the success or the project.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
