Revolving Door Type of Company With Many Problems - Senior GRC Consultant Abacode Employee Review

This place is a total mess, and it's a revolving door of people leaving and getting fired. Nobody stays long, particularly on the operations side. Sales is the only team that is run decently. I also found them very cheap on salaries and rates for contractors, overly focused on utilization rates, understaffed, and overworked. There are 3 project managers to manage 3 delivery people. Sales and operations couldn't get along and work together. I was told to treat the sales team like outsiders. CEO seemed like he was just stopping by on occasion. Not very involved. Not a good company to work for.
