Pros
I did appreciate the fact that my position was fully remote, allowing me to focus and be productive without interruptions. Additionally, it seemed that the company was making efforts to engage employees more effectively, which is a step in the right direction.
Cons
The challenge I faced was achieving a healthy work-life balance due to a shortage of manpower, which put a significant burden on the remaining employees. This imbalance made it difficult to maintain a reasonable workload and often resulted in long hours and increased stress levels.
