Pros

The campus feels secluded surrounded by trees.

Cons

Beware if you are applying to be a store designer. The leadership team of store design is the most ill-equipped group of people I've encountered. Leadership will lie, manipulates people/situation, and controls everything by fear. Leadership seems fake and two faced as well. Everyone is afraid to speak up when leadership is wrong. The environment is terrible and the worst I have experienced in my career. Leadership promotes people by favoritism because they have no clue what people under them do. It's common to be micromanaged because that's is a way to develop talent according to leadership. Anyone above manager level has zero clue about the design industry or architectural standards because all of the leaders' background were working at the store. There's no continued education or opportunities to learn more. The work itself is repetitive and they want to value engineer everything so all stores becomes a stale box. No creativity at all. A lot of money has been spent on correcting projects because of poor/uneducated leadership decisions. It's a joke. Save yourself frustration and look elsewhere.
