Pros
I stopped working here a few months ago, but my experience at GFI was great. I learned a lot during my time there and grew both professionally and personally. The people made it what it was. Despite a confusing last two weeks, my coworkers were consistently kind and supportive, and my boss was genuinely understanding whenever I needed it. It's the kind of place that pushes you to get better, and the team is there to back you up along the way. To be honest, you have to want to learn and grow to work here, but if that's you, it's a great fit. I'm grateful for the time I spent there and would recommend it to anyone looking to challenge themselves.
Cons
You'll get frustrated sometimes because the work is hard. (The frustration is honestly nothing compared to other jobs I've had.)
