Pros

Easy work, nice office location.

Cons

This place is run HORRIBLY. Managment and HR are more concerned about people wearing open toed shoes and clocking in at 9:01 instead of 9 on the dot rather than making sure they have happy employees who can do the job. I quit when I was critiqued by HR for taking too many bathroom and coffee breaks. I was told I only was to get up twice a day as that is the only break we are allowed. I was never once late on work or criticized for its quality so why is HR micro managing when I go pee? SO RIDICULOUS. They bullied me for my normal clothing choices and belittled me when I tried to stand up for myself. Stay away. Not worth the uncomfortable position they put people in.

Pros

I stopped working here a few months ago, but my experience at GFI was great. I learned a lot during my time there and grew both professionally and personally. The people made it what it was. Despite a confusing last two weeks, my coworkers were consistently kind and supportive, and my boss was genuinely understanding whenever I needed it. It's the kind of place that pushes you to get better, and the team is there to back you up along the way. To be honest, you have to want to learn and grow to work here, but if that's you, it's a great fit. I'm grateful for the time I spent there and would recommend it to anyone looking to challenge themselves.

Cons

You'll get frustrated sometimes because the work is hard. (The frustration is honestly nothing compared to other jobs I've had.)

Pros

Made some nice friends, cared about what I did. Coworkers actually cared.

Cons

Overworked, constantly miserable, freezing all the time, cannot speak, barely any time for lunch (just leaving the building and coming back takes half your break), constantly felt like I was was walking on eggshells.
