Incompetent Supervisors and unethical HR practices - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Above & Beyond Therapy Employee Review

Unethical HR and supervisor practices. Not good at communication skills in the HR department. Almost half of employees just had their salaries cut by 15%. Those same employees who were offered a relocation (moving states) bonus were required to pay it back. Most people are leaving this company due to these unethical practices. It seems that above and beyond can’t keep a decent HR team. Or even a solid group of competent BCBAs.
