On boarding took almost 1.5 months and I gave my two weeks notice to my prior employer so I was unemployed and communication from the company was scarce. Non-transparency about benefits during onboarding. Dishonesty about unbillable and billable hours. The client cancelation/ending early/starting later policy is unclear from the beginning. Sick time is taken from your PTO. If client cancels and you are in-home to make up the pay you take it from your PTO. No travel pay if you are in at home or in school. You're are on your own if a client leaves the company or goes on vacation. Holidays are terrible due to cancellations, and I made very little money. I picked up a second job. I will have to pick up another job for the summer. Or I will leave due to the instability.
