Some great benefits - Flexible working - Free Breakfast - Gym contribution - 5pm finish - Leave early/Start late allowance - Rewards for long service - Fair pay - Good people to work with - Some fantastic vendors to work with (Apple, Microsoft, HP), who reward staff on a regular basis - Supportive managers - Opportunities to progress your career

Cons

I don’t believe there are any downsides. We all want more money and more holiday, but realistically this is a great company to work for.
