We appreciate that it was a very difficult time for you personally and recall that the company offered you a substantial amount of support throughout; for which you were very grateful for and voiced this on several occasions. Your review is therefore not easy to read as it does not give a fair reflection of the situation. No-one told you to step down. You were asked what you felt was best for you at the time given everything you were going through and, on several occasions, you were asked how best we could support you. We’re very sorry to hear that you went into hypoglycaemic shock as you didn’t mention that to us at the time. We always do everything we can to support our team and as mentioned, you were grateful for this in the conversations held, given everything that you had going on personally.
