Well maintained vehicles for the most part. Once you let them know what’s wrong with the Bus ahead of time. They are very good at resolving breakdowns.

Poor training program, with trainers running errands all day for their own personal business, on Academy's time, mind you...totally neglecting to effectively train the "new hires" while simultaneously giving poor reviews on a "pre-trip." Sir, you ran dem Baltimore streets ALL day, let me get paid for it, and didn't teach me 1 thing about Coach Bus operations. THANK YOU...but no thanks. It was the worse new-hire experience I have ever had. I would NOT recommend them. FALSE PAY ADVERTISED IS OFFENSIVE!! No one needs $15.75/hr "in training." thats laughable.
