Pros

None I was treated horribly

Cons

This is definitely not a place for educated professionals or minorities to work , I was treated horribly by my team members because of my ethnicity. There is a huge lack of diversity at some of the branch locations. I was a top performer while employed at Superior Group, my numbers were the best and because of that I was treated very poorly and unfairly by my team members. There were times I would say good morning to certain people and they would act like I was invisible. The manager allows team members to bully and treat other team member like an outcast and does nothing about it. The manager allows the office to be run by two team members and if you do not agree with what they say everyone will turn their backs on you. They are very cliquish, immature, unprofessional and have no class. The work environment reminds me of being back in elementary school. The only way you will like the environment is if you are uneducated, unprofessional and have no class. The work load is very unrealistic and horrible and the payrate for temp works and internal employee's is a joke. PTO is a joke too the benefits suck here and omg if you try to take a week off for vacation the office will get very upset with you. To many office polotics and immaturity for me, you definitely can not have an opinion that is different from the two queen's in the office.

Pros

They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

Cons

No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
