I have been with Superior Group for over 5 years. I highly advise that you are a self starter and can work in an ambiguous environment. I love the fact that I am trusted to make decisions, work in a fast paced setting that is constantly changing and re-prioritizing throughout the day and make a lot of money!!!
Cons
I'm in a branch office and I remember when I started I wasn't sure who to reach out to at corporate to answer questions so I made a few friends and would call them to find out who I needed to contact.
