      Pros

      None that I can think of. A $50 birthday bonus maybe. Some cool coworkers. I literally can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Everything. There is almost too much and I don't want to waste my time. The company cares about quantity over quality. Management is awful. You're either micromanaged or not managed at all. No guidance, absolutely no training! I could go on, but please don't waste your time, you'll regret it.

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
