      No pros working for this company - 99.9% whites work here.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management, racist. Told point blank that you cannot go to the washroom - docks vacation days without you knowing. Micromanaged to death!! Small Agency with a few privileged long timers. If you’re looking for a career job, I’d steer far away from this company.

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
