      Good work-life balance, great colleagues, understanding boss and solid support from HR

      Cons

      Cant blame the organization for attrition, but generally quite a few leave after being trained for the night shifts

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
