      Great communication with me even when contract wasn't. Informed and job security with my contract. Flexibility and able to work multiple contract bc you create your own schedule

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
