      Overworked, underpaid, management doesn’t prepare you well, training is terrible, stuck in one position, nothing changes when you communicate, old systems, no work culture

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
