Not bad, but ominous feels afoot - Manufacturing Technician Acara Solutions Employee Review

I'd be as marketable as possible (ie, upskill myself) because, at the end of the day, I feel like cattle being auctioned off. The company/staff may not make me feel like that but the emails about available work (even if it doesn't apply to my position) definitely make me wonder about longevity. I've long only viewed this as a stepping stone but there've been developments that have bolstered my resolve to leave as soon as possible for something more secure.
