      Pros

      Full-time gets paid what you sign up for but good luck getting anything else without working a ton of overtime.

      Cons

      Promised a raise since day 1 of training once your call time is under 5 Min. I finally quit after working there for a year with no raise.

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
