Pros
Accenture provides excellent technology, tools, and systems that make it easy to access information without constantly chasing people for updates. The company's benefits are among the best in Malaysia, and I'm genuinely grateful for them. In my department, office politics are minimal, creating a positive working environment. The workload is well-balanced—not overwhelmingly busy, but not too light either. Most importantly, my team is incredibly supportive and always willing to help each other.
Cons
--------Some internal processes and documentation can be difficult to understand, especially for new employees. While many leaders are supportive, the level of guidance varies, and some managers could be more approachable and helpful. I also feel there is occasional favoritism in certain situations. Lastly, salary increments have been disappointing, averaging around 2% over the past two years, which may not adequately reflect employee contributions or rising living costs.
