Pros

1.Salaries and Benefits are on par in the industry 2.Good salary hikes (usually in double digits) annually depending on performance rating 3.Variable Pay is also dependent on Performance Appraisal Rating and a few other factors. 4.Global Career Policy (GCP) allowing people to take on international assignments ranging from 6 months- 3 years 5.Information Channel is good 6.Lot of emphasis on training and development

Cons

1.Work culture in most project teams/DU's is influenced by typical Indian style of management where long hours and weekend work(if reqd) is appreciated a lot and helps one get brownie points 2. The concept of HR rep is a total waste, this job title is quite redundant and of no use for employees. 3. New Hires might find themselves all at sea during the initial phase, again due to the assigned HR Rep or POC either being unavailable or being too busy to answer their queries.

Pros

Reputable company with some great people. Also solid onboarding.

Cons

Too focused on billable hours vs solving the problem for clients.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
