1. Good place to start if your a recent graduate 2. If your interested in pursuing a career in technology consulting or system implementation then Accenture might be a way to go. 3. If your interested in a career in outsourcing then Accenture might be the way to go.
Cons
1. Highly complex decision making process, multiple people can have input which drives delays while impacting client satisfaction. 2. Obsessed with time utilization - its more important that growing the business (generating revenue) 3. Does not function as a global company but a company with separate and unconnected legal entities around the world. This impairs knowledge sharing and adds complexity. 4. Management consulting expertise needs improvement - too many 20 somethings that present themselves as "experts" but in reality they do not have any real industry experience (outside of consulting).
