Pros

-The learning oppurtunities provided are among best in the industry (internal training, ASDA) -You can always be proud by boasting about the brand name....<..... ;-) -Talent gets recognized(by giving more work...but dont expect hike ..;-)) and you always have your oppurtunities to prove your mettle

Cons

-It does not justify its brand name and competes with other indian outsourcing companies copying all the bad leafs from there booklet (Timings, facilities, Package) -The middle-senior management we get to interact is not of great standard and it keeps you wondering as to why they get those huge packages -You can always find yourself surrounded by people incompetent and lacking communication skills (also anytime you can find many talented and good natured people) -Performance management has flaws; its your rapport with your supervisor that decides your feedback NOTHING else(...yes not even your work..!!!!!)

Pros

Hands down the best company I've worked for. It's fast-paced, but Accenture genuinely empowers its people rather than micromanaging them. The benefits are a real priority — they invest in your physical and mental health, offer a generous amount of PTO, and there are legitimate opportunities for promotion if you put in the work. If you're someone who gets bored easily in a role, this is one of the few places where you can stay with the same company and reinvent your career multiple times. The investment in training and upskilling is heavy and ongoing. And the culture around authenticity is real, not just a poster in the break room — especially in the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities, you're encouraged to bring your whole self to work and be comfortable being you.

Cons

This is not the place for you if you don't like change. Pivoting is constant, and keeping up with the latest industry trends can be uncomfortable at times. The sheer size of the organization means it can be hard to find the information you need, and learning the internal infrastructure takes a while. You'll also run into some negativity from folks during tough stretches — but honestly, if you're coming from a turbulent work history elsewhere, you'll recognize that this is much better than most.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
