Pros
I started to work there to make progress in my career. If you are staring your work life, it is good place to start. You can work in very different projects, so the work content gets updated and you do not get bored. I had the chance to learn different aspects of software development there.
Cons
You have to work very long time. Managers even call for overtime even there is nothing to do. Overtimes are so often, you cannot make any after-work plans, no weekend plans more than couple of months. You do not get paid by the overtime you have made. If you ask your overtime payment, you career plan will be hindered and you cannot make level up. During job interviews they have inspired us about that we are going to get some training that (only) Accenture has. But this never occurred. In order to get to a training: -You need to find a project which has budget to send the workers to training. Otherwise you do not get the training that you like, you only get the required training which is covered by the Accenture it self. You cannot change your career path between solution & consultancy.
