Thank you for your review. We do care for our team members and I am glad to hear that you felt that as part of your experience here. It has been quite challenging to keep the organization flat as we have grown and I can appreciate your frustration about it becoming more political. Politics and bureaucracy drive me crazy, so I try to avoid them and prevent them from growing here at Access, not always completely successfully, unfortunately. I will continue to keep my eye on this and appreciate you bringing it back to my attention.
