Thank you for the positive feedback and for the sound advice to get to the know the team and keep everyone informed. It is exciting to hear that you appreciate our benefits, culture and the opportunity that comes with the growth we are experiencing, while also acknowledging and pointing out that we are experiencing some growing pains, which is the truth. We do work hard to communicate with and provide transparency to all team members with lot of information about the company (including financials), where we are headed, where we plan to invest and grow, etc. However, we simply can't do it enough and I appreciate the reminder on how important it is to the team.
