Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear you are enjoying our young and growing team and the heavy load of responsibilities. Our finance and accounting teams are undergoing a major transition, so I can understand the difficulty here. As we evolve and relocate our finance and accounting function from California to Massachusetts to help prepare for IPO readiness, we will definitely have a lot of challenges. We will continue to learn what works and what doesn’t and while we have a very thorough and well thought out hiring process, it isn’t always perfect. We do take a lot of time bringing on team members that can not only support our efforts but thrive in a collaborate environment. Our efforts in this area are, and always will be, on-going. I do appreciate your hard work and the hard work of all Access Team members. A true sign of a great company is one where the workers are valued as their greatest asset and one that invest in its team members We do value our team and do invest in them, I am sorry to hear that you feel you are ignored. That isn't my style and I don't support leadership at any level ignoring team members.
