Thank you very much for your review and I am glad that you appreciate the people and family oriented atmosphere we work hard to instill and achieve here at Access. That is important to us and really takes a full team effort across all our operations, so thrilled to hear that it was working locally for you. I appreciate that you feel our wages are too low in California. I don't know exactly where in California you worked or what you did for Access, but there are places in California (both geographically and in certain positions) and elsewhere that, I agree, our wages aren't competitive enough. I also don’t know when you left, but we did recently complete a comprehensive review of current compensation, under the direction of our CPO and VP of Total Rewards, across our entire domestic US population. The result of that review is that we found we need to make adjustments, which we did in some of the merit reviews and increases just completed on April 1, but there is more to do here and, as I have said in other reviews, this will be an-going effort here at Access with the goal being a highly competitive total rewards package for all positions in every market.
