Your list of Pros is awesome and brings a smile to my face. There are a lot of reasons why working at Access can be a great experience. I recognize, as you note, that not everyone's experience is the same (and, if you read some other reviews you can see that) and that is a bummer. We are working on it, though. Given our wide geographic spread and large number of facilities (150+) and operations (70+ cities across 7 countries), we are making significant investments in leadership training, so that we can elevate our game and improve everyone's experience here at Access.
I am sorry to hear about the out-dated scanners and I am acutely aware of this issue. We should have caught this sooner, but please know that we have approved over $500k in additional spend this year to upgrade and update our scanners. There will be another big investment next year on this item, too. Plain and simple, we all need the right tools to get the job done, so this is an investment we are completely committed to getting right.
Finally, I certainly do know a lot of our team members by name, including you! :)
