10yThank you for review. It is good to know that you enjoyed the benefits and the people here at Access along with the opportunity to learn the business. Depending on the immediate priorities, there can certainly be long hours and without a promotion or change in position, we do typically only review compensation annually.
I am genuinely sorry you didn't feel that you got sufficient help or training for your position. Training and team member development is a major area of focus for 2016 as it is definitely an area where we have opportunity for improvement and where we are making investments currently.
Finally, depending on the mistake made, we do have very low tolerance of mistakes, which really is required in many situations when managing confidential information. However, that is all the more reason we need to provide proper training and why we are focused on improving our training and team member development company-wide.
