Pros
The company has very little rather nothing to brag about!!
Cons
There are lots of it. 1. Very restricted in terms of freedom of thought(new ideas errrr) and expression(Include movement in that too). 2. Small company so as expected, a handful of the not-so-senior people dominate the workplace and a handful of seniors make you feel they are not around. (arghhh!!!). 3. Total 'Chaos' at work ( I mean the very literal sense of the word). These people themselves don't know what they want and if by any chance they are able to figure that out, the whole process is chaotic and people at the lower levels have to bear the brunt of it. 4. The work process followed is BOGUS. Besides that, they manage to invent and re-invent there bogus processes with every forthcoming sprints(Works on agile so you know what I mean). 5. Maintains several copies of a single codebase and the developer is expected to develop, test it ( Mind you the code should be totally bug free from their side) and at the same time merge and de-merge that very code several hundreds of times in each of the codebases. Even the entire documentation is expected from the developer. 6. No peace at work place. 7. And not to forget the age-old technology that is used. Very true, that one becomes technologically handicapped in Acclaris. Your market value reduces to ZERO if you stay here for more than a year or two.
