Pros
There is nothing good to write about Accruent as an employer or a software provider. Employees and Clients are low on Accruent's list of priorities. Accruent management is possessed by financial formulas that put clients and employees last in the order of importance.
Cons
Accruent acquires Software Firms, divests of as many expenses (e.g. software development) as possible so that they can milk annual client software subscriptions at higher margins until clients finally notice that the software hasn't changed since the acquisition. Accruent's software solutions are all old out-of-date applications and veritable islands of data that do not communicate with each other. Accruent can't keep a VP of Software development long enough to accomplish anything as they leave within a year of taking the job due to a lack of project budgets. I worked for Accruent for 18 months post acquisition. I ended up in a great spot and I'm so happy that I left.
