Pros

The work is meaningful, employees are talented and motivated to do well

Cons

If you want to be successful, you'd better be ready to play office politics and win the popularity contest. If you don't, well, good luck to you. Highly likely the new CEO was brought in to polish the company up to sell, so it may not exist much longer anyway.

Continuis opportunities to improve technology, process, and support teams to make ground breaking products. Company is very flexible with remote or office locations and team is passionate about the technology and it's customers

None at all. This place is just a place where c-level get to play with huge salaries, then move onto the next medical device grift

Cons

HR will post a response that is so Ai that it just shows how fake they are in reality.
