Pros

ATS is a young company that is rapidly growing across MD, WV and PA. The leadership team and its field staff have unbelievable passion, amazing talent, and endless commitment to organizational expansion, but most importantly, to the families that each and every staff member will say they are quite fortunate to serve. Together, they are an unstoppable force whose expertise and drive lead them to greater heights each and every day. They are solution-focused, and are committed to personal and professional growth for each and every person whose life they touch, whether it is a team member, a consumer, or a stakeholder within the community at large.

Cons

The biggest con most certainly is that ATS is again, very young. Like any new organization, there are always learning curves. However, each member at ATS sees each and every challenge as an opportunity to grow. This will only continue to take ATS to the next level. It's a refreshing perspective.

Pros

Wonderful staff who genuinely care about both their employees and the families they work with. Very quick to get BHTs/RBTs scheduled and started once you meet all the necessary state and role required qualifications compared to other ABA companies I've dealt with. Everyone from the BCs to clinical supervisors, training support team, and scheduling treat BHTs and RBTs like a valuable part of a team rather than a commodity that exists to crank out as much income as possible for the company.

Cons

Working in ABA (especially as an RBT) means a good bit of driving, spotty schedules at times depending on need in your area, cancellations by families, and other barriers that can cause some instability in hours and pay, but this is true of every ABA company and ATS staff will work hard to try to get you what you need, even if that means your scheduler has to do some complex gymnastics to make that happen (thanks Rebecca!) The pay could be higher, but it's livable and things like drive time and supervision hours are paid at a reasonable rate instead of minimum wage.
