Pros

Truly a company that cares about their employees well being as well as their clients. You get to work with or alongside amazing people. The diversity of people and what they bring to the company as individuals allows you to grow as a person. Flexibility with change in your life. Truly a job where they understand life happens and tries to work with you to help you. Where other places would use it against you on every level. They treat you as a human, as your own unique individual and it doesn't matter how well or how much you're struggling they see you and they are trying to help you succeed. It's more than just a job, it's rewarding and an extended family. That you actually like!! There is so much room for growth if you want it. It's truly more than "just a job", it's an inspiring way of life! It is the last place you will want to work for because they are about people. It's a company that strives to help better the lives of everyone.

Cons

The only con I have about ATS is that I did not start here earlier. I could have been happy and in love with my job years ago!!

Pros

Wonderful staff who genuinely care about both their employees and the families they work with. Very quick to get BHTs/RBTs scheduled and started once you meet all the necessary state and role required qualifications compared to other ABA companies I've dealt with. Everyone from the BCs to clinical supervisors, training support team, and scheduling treat BHTs and RBTs like a valuable part of a team rather than a commodity that exists to crank out as much income as possible for the company.

Cons

Working in ABA (especially as an RBT) means a good bit of driving, spotty schedules at times depending on need in your area, cancellations by families, and other barriers that can cause some instability in hours and pay, but this is true of every ABA company and ATS staff will work hard to try to get you what you need, even if that means your scheduler has to do some complex gymnastics to make that happen (thanks Rebecca!) The pay could be higher, but it's livable and things like drive time and supervision hours are paid at a reasonable rate instead of minimum wage.
